How are fender hooks different from fender lines?
Fender lines tie to the rail with a knot. Hooks clip on directly — no knots, faster deployment, easier height adjustment, and no rope marks on your rail. Most professional crews use hooks for these reasons.
Will they damage my teak or stainless rails?
No. The contact surface is marine-grade leather and the underside is soft wool/skin, designed specifically to protect teak and polished stainless from any marking or wear.
Are there standard sizes?
No. Yachtfend fender hooks are fully custom made — there are no off-the-shelf sizes. Every hook is built to fit your specific rail dimensions, bulwark profile, and yacht configuration. This ensures a perfect fit that standard products can’t match.
