Which pump do I need?
The manual pump with gauge is the simplest and cheapest — fine for occasional use. The electric pump is faster and more precise. The electric pump with internal battery is best for cruising or anywhere you don’t have shore power readily available.
How long does it take to inflate a fender?
1–2 minutes per fender for the electric models. Slightly longer for the manual pump.
Will it inflate my dinghy?
Yes — the electric pumps inflate a dinghy in 3–5 minutes. Universal valve connections work with most inflatables.
What pressure should I inflate to?
Yachtfend fenders should be inflated to a maximum of 2 PSI. Over-inflation reduces shock absorption and can damage the fender. The electric pumps have adjustable pressure control with auto-stop.
What power source do the electric pumps use?
12V — connects to standard yacht power. The battery model has an internal rechargeable battery for cordless use.
Is a carry bag included?
Yes — all pumps come with a convenient carry bag for storage.

Gareth Farmer –
Exactly what I needed. I managed to inflate each fender in about a minute. With advancing years, it’s a boon with eight fenders to inflate.
Thanks Yachtfend.
